Many of us suffer from all kinds of fears which is quite normal and keep us focus and competitive. Tip#2- Control your breathing. You can use your breathe to overcome panic attacks. When you feel you have one, you can think of your breathe, how you are inhaling and exhaling air. This will help you relax your muscles and mind.

Tip#4- It is well known that persons with anxiety and panic attacks have more levels of adrenaline. It may sound a good thing to have high levels of adrenaline, but you have to control it. A great way to do that is by having regular exercise. This not only keeps you in shape and healthy. but also it clears your mind. This is an important step in conquering your panic fear. Using the mind power to focus in other things and not of what your panic is can help you end the panic.
Tip#5- This step is a continuation of tipĀ number 4. When you feel that you may have a panic attack you can start to visualise something, an object you see in front of you, for example. You can even say what colour it has, its shape, etc. This helps you mind focus in other direction than that of your panic attack.
